The emulation movement in 2015 was launched by the Quang Ninh Customs Department in order to practically set up achievements to celebrate the major holidays of the country and the industry; promote favorable factors, overcome difficulties and challenges, build a strong and comprehensive unit, strive to successfully complete assigned political tasks.
Specifically: In 2015, administrative reform, customs modernization, and facilitation for import-export, investment and tourism activities continued to be focused on by the Quang Ninh Customs Department in order to contribute to the increase in budget revenue and socio-economic development in the locality.
In order to effectively implement reform and modernization, Quang Ninh Customs continues to implement the Law on Customs effective from January 1, 2015; well implement the National Single Window, ASEAN Single Window, effectively operate the VNACCS/VCIS system phase 2, promote the application of information technology in customs operations, simplify, publicize, Transparency of administrative procedures and reduction of customs clearance time.
In 2015, Quang Ninh Customs Department was assigned the target of state budget revenue of VND 19,800 billion. The determination to strive to achieve the highest level of the above target is one of the important contents in the emulation movement of the unit.
In addition, Quang Ninh Customs Department continues to improve the quality of inspection and supervision, applying prices, applying codes and tax rates; strengthen risk management, post-customs clearance inspection, step up the fight against smuggling and trade fraud; especially at the end of the year, before during and after the Lunar New Year 2015.
At the same time, actively consult and propose to the Industry and the province to remove difficulties in terms of mechanisms and policies...contributing to attracting investment, developing import-export and trade activities in the area.
